It was a pleasure to help market the $120 million, once-in-a-lifetime Beachside development at Sumner in Christchurch.

Featuring five premium penthouses and 52 two and three-bedroom apartments, the luxurious complex will have a shared rooftop barbeque area, gym, spa, swimming pool, sauna, a dog washing facility and surfboard storage.
