For the past year, Rebecca has worked part-time as an intern at Convergence, and steps up to a full-time role in 2017.

Rebecca has gained many skills during her time working within the consultancy, all the while building on the learnings of her final year studying History and Media & Communications at University of Canterbury.

Eager and quick to learn, Rebecca is known for her energy and enthusiasm, and relishes opportunities to interpret and analyse clients’ problems and capitalise on opportunities.

After four years working in her family’s hospitality business, she has developed well-honed communication and people skills. A six-month student exchange in France has furthered her ability to relate to people, as did responsibilities for managing events for UC’s Media & Communication’s Society.

A self-confessed social media junkie, digital native Rebecca is armed with the latest academic learnings in the fast-changing world of social media. She brings a strong work ethic, solid writing skills and a high attention to detail to every project.
